Up too late last night, so only got 7 hours of sleep, but decided to take a short ride anyway. Now, mid-afternoon, my legs feel good, knees limber -- better than yesterday, I think. So the daily light workout seems just right for those body parts.
Sleep-wise, it's hard to assess, because I've been sleepy, and circumstances have conspired to keep me from catching a nap, although I tried more than once. And with a concert tonight, this leaves me none to pleased. Still, that's the way it is.
Anyway, to repeat, both the knee stabilizers and the big leg muscles seem happy with the routine. So that's something to build on.
