4.5 miles in 32 minutes

I intended to go further but ran out of time. Still, it was enough to get my knees limbered up a little and I'm thinking of taking more short rides, more often. At least it didn't require any nap time or other recovery. I took it easy, too, staying in as low a gear as possible.

Tomorrow I may ride again, maybe further.
