Judging from how I felt yesterday and today, I'm gaining. No nap yesterday or today, and I'm feeling only a little tired. My legs feel like I had a workout, but they're not really sore. And they feel stronger, going up and down stairs, and generally getting around.
I'm going up stairs two at a time with my left leg -- the weak one -- to get it stronger, and noticed recently that I can get to the second floor without being winded. That's progress.
I'm thinking of re-naming this blog, "How to Get in Shape Without Really Trying." But maybe that's a bit premature...
